Bucharest based software development and training company eSolutions, with experience spanning over 17 years, is announcing the acquisition of Adcentric, an agency that provides web development and online marketing services since 2010.
Adcentric will join eSolutions’ team that currently develops cloud and on-premise hosted apps using state of the art technologies like Big Data, AI, Machine Learning and microservices. The acquisition will extend eSolutions’ service portfolio with digital creative design, frontend development, brand and marketing strategy.

Alexandru Verde? has a track record of over 10 years in the web creative industry overseeing projects for companies in Romania, Austria, The Netherlands, Germany and the US, coordinating Adcentric’s UI/UX and development teams for the last 5 years. He will be ensuring Adcentric’s team seamless transition towards their new projects.
eSolutions will therefore provide complete UI/UX design, frontend development and digital marketing services starting this summer.
